Cancellation Policy

You may cancel eligible bookings or orders according to the rules below and any terms shown at the time of purchase.
1. How to cancel
Sign in to Temple Book, open My Bookings or Orders, select the item, and choose Cancel where available. If Cancel is not shown, contact support with your booking/order ID.
2. Time-based eligibility
Cancellations are typically allowed only before a published cut-off (for example, a set number of hours before the puja slot or event start). After the cut-off, cancellation may be blocked.
3. Temple or organiser cancellations
If a temple or organiser cancels a service, we will notify you and process a refund or alternative as directed by the partner and our Refund Policy.
4. No-shows
Failure to attend a confirmed booking without cancelling in time is treated as a completed/forfeited booking and is not eligible for refund unless required by law or partner policy.
5. Shop order cancellations
You may cancel a shop or prasadam order before it is packed or handed to logistics. Once shipped, please use returns/refunds processes where applicable.
