This Shipping Policy covers physical products and prasadam dispatched through Temple Book or partner temples/vendors. Digital services and temple-visit bookings are not shipped.

1. Serviceable areas

Delivery availability depends on the seller and your pincode. Some prasadam or ritual items may be limited to specific regions or temple-pickup only.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding temple festival peak periods which may take longer. You will receive updates when an order is dispatched.

3. Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available. Actual timing depends on courier partners, weather, holidays, and local restrictions. Tracking details are shared when provided by logistics.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping fees (if any) are displayed before payment. Free shipping offers may apply to selected products or order values.

5. Failed delivery

Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in return to seller; re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or missing packages

Report damaged packaging or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID so we can coordinate with the seller and courier.
