Temple Book
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 July 2026
Welcome to Temple Book. By accessing or using our website, apps, and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Temple Book
Temple Book (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital platform that helps devotees discover temples, book pujas, sevas, events, prasadam, spiritual products, tourism experiences, and related services offered by temples and partners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or use the platform under a parent/guardian’s supervision) and capable of entering a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
4. Bookings and payments
Booking confirmations, prices, and fulfilment terms may vary by temple, event, listing, or vendor. Payments are processed through third-party gateways. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (or free confirmation where applicable).
5. Temple and partner content
Temples, organisers, and vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, schedules, pricing, and service delivery. Temple Book facilitates discovery and booking but does not replace temple authorities.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data abusively, post harmful content, or use Temple Book for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
Temple Book branding, software, and original content are protected. Temple names, images, and rituals remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temple Book is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, temple operational changes, travel disruptions, or partner fulfilment failures beyond amounts you paid for the specific order (where refunds apply under our policies).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may be highlighted on the platform.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
