• Process bookings, donations, shop orders, and support requests
• Send transactional messages (OTP, confirmations, receipts, dispatch updates)
• Personalise recommendations and language experience
• Improve platform reliability, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations

We share data only as needed with temples/partners fulfilling your request, payment processors, logistics partners, and service providers under contracts. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as required for bookings, tax, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to lawful retention needs.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please protect your credentials.

You may update profile details in Account settings, manage notification preferences where available, and contact us to access, correct, or delete personal data where permitted by law.

7. Children

Temple Book is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided data without consent, contact us to remove it.
